The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 is a thundering edifice that certainly doesn’t really need to be modified heavily. It’s already one of the fastest sport utility vehicles in the world, and it looks fantastic factory fresh. The blokes at L.P.M. Machine Shop, however, always see room to grow, and have created a scurrilous beast inside the vehicle’s spooked engine bay. Click the play button to see the fastest GC SRT-8 pound rubber on the straights of Orlando Speed World.
Because why wouldn’t someone tinker with a Charger and turn it into a gangsta flalin’ droptop motherf*cka’? Fo’sh*t ma’foo.

Chrysler, along with six “celebrities,” will be donating six distastefully “accessorized” 300C’s to the Haiti relief fund by teaming up with the Golden Globe Awards. Aside from the clumsy name [Dubbed "Eco Style" for it's application of cork, bamboo, recycled jute carpeting, suede seat inserts and refurbished wheels], the sextet of luxury sedans is expected to auction off for a cool Million for the earthquake that struck the eastern Hispaniola island. Among the celebrities endorsing the vehicles [Each having a hand in designing the cars] are Christina Aguilera, Leonardo DiCaprio, Colin Firth, Tom Hanks, Felicity Huffman, and Meryl Streep. To further the plug, each vehicle will be featured in six different “vignette” TV spots during the ceremony.
Kind of puts General Motors and Nissan’s mere $100,000 to shame.

In an attempt to make an unwieldy whale resemble an agile dolphin, Chrysler is introducing a new Performance Appearance Package to the Dodge Challenger that adds nothing more but mere cosmetic upgrades to the company’s bovine pony car. Consumer Reports’ “Most Satisfying Car” will become even more “satisfying” with a long list of improvements such as a big gaping hole on the bonnet, a precarious “Go-Wing” which i’m pretty sure isn’t a type of roof-hinged door design, and a chrome towel bar that doubles as a shifter [Sorry *men*, it's only for the automatic]. The “Aesthetic” package goes on sale soon for both SE & R/T variants and will carry a ridiculous sticker of $1,995 for the Exterior package and $945/$780 [Shift-for-you/Shift-yourself] for the Interior.
Seems like the target demo for this backslide-bundle is asking to have something else of theirs to be longer other than the list of improvements.

Oh Cerberus, when will you learn?
Chrysler Financial once again manages to f*ck up. The result? 145 dealerships across the nation *might* close up their moot-point-open doors due to a… ::ahem:: credit issue. CF is currently retooling their loan bequeathment system to favour consumers and to screw over and not dealers. GMAC now has the rights to these dealer transfers, and they want more collateral [naturally] to secure the move. This financial pendulum of mistrust and ill-fated negotiations might result to almost 150 dealerships getting canned by the big guns at GMAC.
Never has it sucked more to be a licensed Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep merchant.
